Sadly one of the leading lights of the Ganges Association flickered out.

1929 – 2014

Crossed the Bar

David was at Ganges 1945/46 Drake 39 Mess

He was an RP then qualified as a Sub Lieutenant Special Duties(Gunnery) 1959.   He returned to Ganges as 2nd DO 1962-64.

He retired from the RN in 1968.

David joined the RAN in 1968 and served until 1970.

David was a founder member of H.M.S.GANGES Victorian Division and worked tirelessly for the Association both here and in UK.
